Sundy Village

Sundy Village is a seven-acre downtown Delray Beach mixed-use development built around the historic Sundy House — one of Delray Beach's oldest surviving residential structures (1902, the home of Delray's first mayor). The project preserves the original Sundy House plus several adjacent historic buildings while introducing significant new construction across the seven-acre footprint. The development is designed as a pedestrian-friendly village with open courtyards, lush landscaping, and walkable pathways connecting high-end retail, office space, and luxury residences. The historic-preservation positioning + new-construction integration is unusual at this scale — most Delray new development demolishes historic stock rather than incorporating it. Sundy Village's office component is the largest dedicated downtown office product since the modern Delray boom began, targeting the financial-services and family-office relocations that have driven the corridor's growth. The retail component will introduce high-end brand tenants that historically located on Worth Avenue (Palm Beach) rather than Atlantic Avenue. Residential pricing and availability are released phase-by-phase as inventory opens.
