Mercedes-Benz Places Miami is the first branded residential development under the Mercedes-Benz brand — a roughly 67-story mixed-use tower in Brickell delivering condominium residences, a luxury hotel, office space, and ground-level retail in a single vertical campus. Completion is targeted for 2027. The project is delivered jointly by JDS Development Group and Tibor Hollo's Florida East Coast Realty — Hollo is the legendary Miami developer responsible for many of Brickell's defining residential towers across the past four decades. JDS Development brings significant ground-up tower experience from Manhattan (111 W 57th Street). Mercedes-Benz Places is the third project globally under the Mercedes-Benz brand's residential extension (following Dubai and Singapore deliveries). The brand integration extends to bespoke Mercedes-Benz interior detailing throughout shared amenity spaces, vehicle-customer-experience programming, and dedicated automotive showcase areas within the building. Pricing for the residential component typically begins at $1M for entry-tier studios and ascends through $10M+ for larger multi-bedroom floor plans. The project's mixed-use scale (~791 total units across residential, hotel, office) makes it one of the largest Brickell vertical deliveries currently under construction.
