Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach is the first Bentley-branded residential tower in the United States — a 63-story cylindrical oceanfront tower at 18401 Collins Avenue, distinguished by the world's first in-residence vehicle lift system and private sky-garage assigned to each residence. The signature engineering feature — Bentley's patented Dezervator vehicle lift — allows residents to drive into the building and ride their vehicle up to their residence floor, parking directly inside the unit in a glass-enclosed in-residence sky-garage. Each residence is assigned multiple vehicle spaces. This is unique globally and is the project's primary differentiator. The 63-story cylindrical tower (designed by Sieger Suarez Architects) delivers 216 residences with direct Atlantic Ocean views. Floor plates range from approximately 3,800 sqft for entry-tier residences to 14,000+ sqft for the multi-floor penthouses. Bentley-branded interior detailing throughout — including the brand's signature diamond knurling, leather and timber palette, and bespoke Bentley engineering integration in fixtures, hardware, and amenity spaces. Dezer Development is the developer — the firm responsible for multiple Sunny Isles tower deliveries including Trump Towers, Porsche Design Tower (the Sunny Isles project that introduced the original Dezervator concept to South Florida), and Armani / Casa residences. Pricing typically begins at $5M+ and ascends well beyond $30M+ for penthouse residences. Completion is targeted for 2027.
