Andare Residences by Pininfarina is a 46-story / 540-foot luxury condominium tower being developed directly on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale — designed by the globally renowned Italian design house Pininfarina (the firm responsible for Ferrari and Maserati exterior design and a select set of branded residential projects worldwide). The tower will contain 163 condominium units at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, with pricing starting at approximately $2.0 million. The project's positioning in the center of Las Olas Boulevard places it in the highest-foot-traffic luxury restaurant and retail corridor in all of Fort Lauderdale — and the 46-story height delivers unobstructed views of both the Atlantic Ocean (east) and the New River + Intracoastal (south). Pininfarina's design vocabulary — characterized by curvilinear forms, distinctive vehicle-inspired interior detailing, and integrated automotive aesthetic references — is a key differentiator. The firm has delivered just a handful of residential projects globally; Andare is its first South Florida residential project. The Related Group is one of South Florida's largest condominium developers (the firm behind Aria Reserve, Natiivo, and dozens of Brickell deliveries). Completion is targeted for 2027-2028.
